Pilates is a mind/body system designed to develop a uniformly strong body with correct posture, proper skeletal alignment, muscular symmetry, optimal flexibility, precision of movement and injury prevention.

Masterwork Pilates Studio offers personal training and group classes in the STOTT PILATES® method which builds on the original work of the late Joseph H. Pilates’ by incorporating modern anatomically-based knowledge of the body into the system.
The aim of the STOTT PILATES method is to develop optimal neuromuscular performance by focusing on core stability while safely balancing muscular strength and flexibility.

 

Classes are held On Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00pm-6:00pm & 6:00pm-7:00pm
